I started going to Black Bridge Family Dental because I was not happy with the previous place I went to. Let me tell you, the customer care is the best experienced of all the years I’ve been going to the dentist. From cleaning, tooth extraction and cap replacement I was comfortable and no pain. I recently visited Dr. Kasam at Black Ridge Dental for an urgent, limited exam due to a fractured wisdom tooth. His team was kind enough to get me in quickly, and from the very beginning, I felt well cared for. Dr. Kasam performed a very thorough exam and clearly explained the next steps, outlining the pros and cons in detail. Typically, wisdom teeth extractions are referred to oral surgeons, as they can often be complex. However, after reviewing my X-ray, Dr. Kasam was confident he could handle the procedure and he certainly delivered. The extraction itself was smooth, efficient, and completely painless. His assistant, Lindsey, was also attentive throughout, making sure I was comfortable at every step. Overall, Dr. Kasam is approachable, highly skilled, and compassionate. I truly appreciate the excellent care I received and will absolutely return to Black Ridge Dental for my future dental needs.
